🗃️ The Hash Collision Sandbox

Every key hashes to one bucket. When two keys want the same bucket, someone has to give way — either they queue up in a chain at that bucket, or the newcomer hops forward, slot by slot, until it finds a home.

#️⃣ Hash FunctionI turn any string into one number, deterministically, every time. Same string in, same bucket index out — always.
🔀 Collision ResolverTwo keys, one bucket — that's a collision. In chaining I just queue up. In probing, I hop to the next open slot instead.
