🤐 The Merge Sort Zipper

The array keeps splitting in half until every piece is a single block. Then, two sorted runs at a time, it zippers back together — always pulling whichever front tooth is smaller — until the whole thing is one sorted row.

✂️ SplitterI never compare anything — I just cut every group in half until nobody's left to cut. A single block is automatically sorted with itself.
🤐 ZipperI only ever look at the front tooth of each side. Smaller one gets pulled in, that side advances one tooth, and I check again.
